Here’s How To Sell Your Dish During a Corporate Culinary Team Building Event

One of the highlights of our corporate team building events is when teammates have to “sell” their dish to the judges. We encourage them to not just describe the food, but to also have some fun with the audience.

That’s why we’ve seen sermons, job interviews, rap songs, dance routines and more in our culinary team building events! It’s a lot of fun. Here’s a recent example.

But, it’s also a very valuable team building experience, as teammates show a different side of their creativity and personality and share a little vulnerability with the group.

It means that you are comfortable with each other and enjoy each other’s company. After an hour or so of cooking, folks are ready to enjoy themselves.
