New Team Building Chefs Add Excitement and Skills
In response to such positive demand from our clients and partners, the staff at Team Building with Taste continues to grow and get better. We’re thrilled to be able to attract and retain great team building chefs.
Chefs Alicia Fleck and Melinda Sterling are the latest additions to our team. They join Executive Chef Susan Fornek and Chefs Sandy, Paul, Kat, Debbie, Nick, Damien and other team building chefs in our kitchen creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Chef Alicia Fleck was born in Atlanta to parents from Argentina. She has a Culinary Arts Certificate from Clayton State University and an Events Planning Certificate from Emory. When she is not busy leading culinary team building sessions at Team Building with Taste, she caters private events and runs her company–Argentina Gold Foods. Her marquee product is a gourmet fusion condiment called Kiss of Heat. In 2020, Kiss of Heat received the Flavor of Georgia award.
Raised in Los Angeles with a large family and mother who loved being in the kitchen, it was inevitable that Chef Melinda Sterling would catch the cooking bug. She attended culinary school in Northern California, and moved on to work in multiple facets of the industry including catering, craft services and private teaching. Recently, she moved to Atlanta where she works at Team Building with Taste and also as a private chef.
